We are a commercial flooring and tile installation company with over 22 years experience in the Denver Metro area. Steve Barrow, founder, started Cody Flooring & Tile out of his Golden, Colorado garage in 1996. Since those humble beginnings, he grew the company exponentially to become the widely respected business that we are today. We are the subcontractor of choice for many general contractors in the area. When Steve retired in 2017, he turned over the reins to his brother and long time employees Todd Barrow and Manuel Contreras, who together, have continued the tradition of excellence that people have come to expect from Cody Flooring.

We mainly work on commercial projects like medical centers, grocery stores, schools, department stores and restaurants. Our specialty is installing broadloom, carpet tile, linoleum, sheet vinyl, luxury vinyl tile, rubber floor and all kinds of tile, but we also bring our skills and expertise to residential homes, fulfilling home owners dreams of bringing a luxurious new feel to their homes by providing custom granite fabrications and installations and garage floor coatings. We are a Colorado company, but our work isn’t limited by Colorado’s borders. Cody Flooring has completed projects in surrounding states such as Kansas, New Mexico, Nebraska, South Dakota and Wyoming.
